Trial Set for 2nd Defendant in Cheshire Home Invasion

CHESHIRE - The date has been set for the second trial in a deadly Cheshire home invasion.

Joshua Komisarjevsky will stand trial in February for the killing of Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two daughters.

The other defendant, Stephen Hayes, was convicted in October and sentenced to death last week.
