5 People Found Shot In Kansas City Kansas Street

KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Police in Kansas City, Kan., are looking for a gunman who shot five people.

Officers said someone opened fire on a group of people at Central Avenue and Valley Street just before 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

Witnesses who heard the shots told police they came outside to find the victims lying in the street.

Two victims were treated at the scene while paramedics took three to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police said the shooter was in a green Chevrolet Suburban.
