WESH 2 is reporting a mystery person 'sympathetic' to Anthony's wishes to stop a permanent memorial for Caylee plans to buy land.
The unknown identity is working on an offer to purchase the lot up for sale where the remains were discovered in December.
Meanwhile, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla has offered has offered $50,000 for the property. Padilla reportedly wants to build a missing children memorial.
Brad Conway speaking on George and Cindy Anthony's behalf had this to say:
"They would rather have something that is a living memorial, something that children can play at."
