Nearly 3 years have passed since our family member - Lisa Ruttenberg Stebic - was last seen on April 30, 2007, at her home in Plainfield, Illinois.Despite the naming of her estranged husband - Craig Stebic - as a "person of interest" in the case of her disappearance - and, the fact that the FBI & Plainfield Police Department believe she was a victim of foul play - no arrest has been made.
