Lol, they kinda fibbed about these videos coming from home, this first time around they had asked audience members before going in to ask these, and mine was rehearsed. Lol, I look crazy in the video, they asked me to look really enthusiastic.

Does anyone know how I can bootleg this onto youtube so I can always see myself on the segment??

Well, I'm real cheezy.


My mom obtained tickets to a show that I ordinarily don't watch... The View! But hey, I might come home with some good gifts and prizes.

My mom looked it up and saw that Jackie Evancho is going to be performing.. Well, she didn't know who she was, and either did I until I googled her- now I remember who she is! She has some amazing ability!

I've watched America's Got Talent only a few times, but seen how she stole the show- is this show's season already over? Did she win? If not, I'm sure she will.. Kind of look forward to her singing Monday morning, even though I need to wake up at 4:30 am to be able to take the train to the city in time.. :P

I look forward to seeing Whoopi the most- she's awesome. Joy Behar can be really funny also, so this should be awesome!

Kaine Horman Court Filing: Terri's Silence Implies Guilt

PORTLAND, Ore. -- The legal war of attrition in the divorce of missing Portland boy Kyron Horman's father and stepmother continued as more documents were filed in court Friday.

Attorney's for Kaine Horman filed a response to his estranged wife Terri Moulton Horman's withdrawal of a request to seek visitation with the couple's young child last week. In it, they argue that Terri's attachment of a "declaration" was only an attempt to "blame Father and his lawyer for Mother's situation," and that there was no legal need for such statements. Under a restraining order filed by Kaine Horman, Terri was denied visitation with their young daughter. Kaine alleges that Terri has knowledge of what happened to Kyron. She is the last person to report seeing him alive.

In the papers filed Friday, Kaine asked the court to consider Terri's "silence as an admission regarding Father's factual allegations."

Kyron Horman was 7 when he disappeared from Skyline elementary on June 4. The largest missing person search in Oregon's history has so far turned up no suspects.

In court papers, Kaine Horman characterized Terri as an 'emotionally unstable' and 'unfit' mother -- claims she refuted in her initial plea for visitation. The estranged couple has filed a series of inflammatory motions.

"The fact that Mother's own attorney has told the Court that Mother intends to plead the Fifth speaks volumes about what mother has to hide," attorneys said.

"One can only infer that Mother will not speak because her testimony will lead to criminal liability for Kyron's disappearance."

Kaine and his attorneys said until Terri denies the accusations, no other conclusion can be made.

Kaine and Terri Horman have a divorce hearing set for January. The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office is setting up a task force on the case.

Australian Businessman Arrested in Deadly Hit & Run, Victim Id'd

WEST HOLLYWOOD ( KTLA) -- An Australian businessman has been arrested in connection with the hit-and-run death of a 21-year-old woman who was struck and killed by a Bentley while crossing Sunset Boulevard.

Ryan Bowman, 43, was being booked on suspicion of manslaughter after surrendering Thursday afternoon to deputies at the sheriff's West Hollywood station.

Meantime, the coroner's office has identified the 21-year old victim.

Authorities say Lauren Ann Freeman had just left a concert at the Roxy Theatre when she and a group of friends crossed Sunset Blvd. at Hammond St. to reach a taxi around 11:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Freeman was in a crosswalk when she was struck by a dark-colored Bentley and thrown more than 50 feet.

Freeman died at the scene.

No one else was hurt.

Some witnesses said they thought the traffic light was green for east-west traffic on Sunset Boulevard, but others said it was red, giving pedestrians crossing southbound the right of way.

The vehicle was found along Westmount Drive, west of La Cienega Blvd., several hours later.

The engine was still running.

Late Thursday, Bowman turned himself in.

"Bowman's attorney contacted us and surrendered client to West Hollywood detectives," said sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

"He invoked his 5th Amendment rights against self-incrimination and we booked him on [charges of] vehicular manslaughter."

Whitmore said alcohol "most likely played a role in this tragic event."
