Casey Anthony's Defense Team Filed an Emergency Motion

Baez filed an emergency motion seeking to suppress the Dec 11, 2008 recording of Casey Anthony's in the jail infirmary. He is also wanting to stop any future taping of Casey meeting with the defense team.

According to Local 6 News reporter Jessica D'Onofrio, it shows Baez sitting with Casey Anthony and appears they are crying. Baez said that it's not true.

Defense has requested that state and law enforcement release all DNA notes, reports and details about the standards used to collect evidence.

In the second motion, Baez wants the judge to punish the state for not telling a defense expert that trash and other items were removed from Casey Anthony's car.

"The defense later learned that investigators had removed some of the physical evidence without informing them," a spokesman for Casey Anthony's defense team, Marti Mackenzi said.
The defense wants the notes on the items removed from the car.

Thrid is a motion to compel copies of the screenshots and printouts of the forensic exam performed on Anthony's ex-boyfriend Ricardo Morales' computer.
Strickland also may rule on the defense request to keep Casey Anthony's father's suicide note out of the public eye.
