Baez Files Motion for Phone Records

Going out on a limb here BUT it can't be easy for Casey Anthony's defense team. Casey's attorney, Jose Baez appears to have not found that somethin' special among the 5,000 pages of documents released.

On Friday, Baez filed a motion for additional phone records. Baez is requesting a judge to sign an order for 11 different cell phone companies to provide 'complete' phone records for the following:

Amy Huizinga, Casey Anthony's ex-best friend scammed out of $700. & up
Jesse Grund, Casey Anthony's ex-fiance.
Roy Kronk, the meter reader who found Caylee Anthony's remains.
Tony Lazzaro, the man Anthony was dating when Caylee disappeared.
Keith Williams, the dude who found bag of stuff animals on vacant lot where Caylee's remains were later discovered.
Richard Cain, the deputy who failed to searched the woods where Caylee's remains was later found.
Dominic Casey and Jim Hoover, the private investigators working for Anthony family.
Casey's family, the brother Lee, mother Cindy and father George Anthony.

Tony Lazarro Talks With Lee Anthony In Surveillance Video

Surveillance video of the audio conversation between Lee Anthony and Casey's former boyfriend, Tony Lazarro was secretly taped. Investigators installed a hidden camera in Lazzaro's vehicle. The ex-boyfriend agreed to meet with Anthony to record any insider information surrounding Caylee disappearance.

On July 29, Anthony shares his reaction to the smell in Casey's car.

"I just went, holy s**t, I couldn't even describe it smelled like garbage, but I couldn't describe. It's something you don't want to, but you actually have to smell. It was atrocious."

In the undercover recording, Anthony did not freely divulge any hidden truths. Although, Lee had question his sisters integrity on what happened to Caylee.

"It's not Casey's nature. It's not something that, you know, she would do, that she would knowingly do ... I don't know if there was an accident or what the situation is. "

Motion for Hearing to Come

In the defamation suit against Casey Anthony, lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez requested Judge Jose R. Rodriguez to force Lee Anthony to answer two questions he refused to answer at the deposition.

The questions not answered are who is Caylee's father and did Lee at one time believe sister Casey was involved in her daughters disappearance.

Anthony's lawyer, Thomas Luka says "the questions only serve to embarrass and annoy the Anthony family," he went on to say there is no legal reason to identifying Caylee's father.

Gonzalez is asking for more than $15,000 in damages for loss of employement and public scrutiny when Casey Anthony stated a "nanny" kidnapped her daughter. She stated her name was Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez.

Nancy Grace Monday Update:

6:30 PM ET - While defense lawyers fight to keep jailhouse video of Casey Anthony private, they also reportedly want a videotaped statement from a corrections officer at the jail kept secret. WKMG reports the correction officer mentioned in defense attorney Jose Baez' motion to keep those jail videos private, is the same officer with tot mom the day she watches TV coverage of the discovery of Caylee's remains.



Baez also alleges the officer is discussing Casey Anthony's medical history and tot mom's reaction to what was happening in the woods near Anthony's home. Reports reveal Casey Anthony doubles over, hyperventilates and asks for anti-anxiety medication the day Caylee's remains were found. Attorneys Not Satified With Lee Anthony's Deposition

No Shit! I wouldn't be either.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez filed a motion Wednesday to compel Lee Anthony, brother of Casey Anthony, to answer some tough questions he dodged during his deposition 10 days ago.

Gonzalez is suing for defamation because, she said, her reputation was ruined when Casey Anthony, who is charged with murder in her daughter Caylee's death, used her name as the nanny who kidnapped Caylee.Among the questions Gonzalez's team is trying to get Lee Anthony to answer is who the father of Caylee is and if he thinks his sister, Casey Anthony, had anything to do with his niece's slaying.

Caylee's remains were found exactly three months ago in a wooded off of Suburban Drive near the Anthonys' East Orange County home. (Source)

NBC's 'Today' on Lee Anthony Laughed Through Deposition

Lee Anthony Is Horrible.

I was listening to clips on Nancy Grace tonight of Lee Anthony's desposition he had to give for the Zenaida Fernandez-Gozalez defamation lawsuit against Casey...



He's being asked serious questions surrounding the circumstances of Caylee's dissapearance and laughs his way through it- he makes me BLOODY SICK!!

He's going back claiming the whole Blanchard Park kidnap story.. He was claiming that Casey took him aside when she was out on bail and told him that she lied when she told the cops she left Caylee at Sawgrass Apartments to have ZFG babysit her- oh no, she goes and tells Lee that ZFG threatened her in a park and casually walked off with Caylee claiming she was taking her away from Casey to "teach her a lesson".



Yes, she stands there, and lets a "babysitter" (who obviously never exsisted) walk off with your first-born. That's normal, yep.

And as for the reason why she just stood there and let it happen? Lee tells the attorney for ZFG that she was in "shock" and it was so "surreal" it was like it wasn't happening. HAHA!!

This is all in between his cackling. Yeah, have a good time, asshole.

So, for the attorneys representing this ZFG, their job is to establish Casey as pointing to this VERY WOMAN-----------> as the "kidnapper" of Caylee, but since there is no establishment what-so-ever to that, she's screwed. Both for the murder and this defamation suit, which obviously takes second seat.

Signals That Lee Will Be Criminally Charged

Tonight Nancy Grace discusses Lee's own attorney saying 'he's receiving signals that Lee will be criminally charged".

With evidence tamperment and/or obstruction of justice.

My opinion: One possible link to the charges could be the possibility that Lee was the one on the phone with Dominic Casey on the video. Why? Because of his attorney Thomas Luka's shady answer when asked if it was Lee on the phone: "No, not that I know of. He denied ever talking to him." Very non-assuring, there, Mr. Attorney. =]

This denial is not looking good. It's raising major red flags with me..

"No, not that I know of. He denied ever talking to him," .. That's not very confident. He doesn't have to use the word "abolutely", but he could've said it with more determination/certainty. "not that I know of" leaves up the possiblity that he did and his client is simply lying to him.

SECOND time being asked:
"As far as I know, as far as my client is concerned, it's not him on the phone on November 15th 2008," Luka said.

Again leaving that room of doubt for Lee (well as far as he's concerned!).. And why does he keep referring to himself, in these statements why doesn't he just clearly represent his client?? That's who the question is referring to, not him! It's so frustrating to me!

How come no one STILL doesn't know? Is it that impossible to discover phone call records??

Luka said he saw it last week and talked to Dominic Casey about it. Then he backtracked.

"How did you see it last week? Who showed it to you last week?" Belich asked Luka.

"Well, I take that back," Luka said. "I was not shown it. When it was on TV I saw it."

"Well, it wasn't on TV until last night," Belich told Luka.

"Well, I take that back. I did not see it. Did I see it? No, I did not see that video. I take that back. That was not the video I saw," he said.

"Hum an ah, hum an ah, hum an ah," He's a worse liar than the Anthonys themselves!
