Former Best Friend Scheduled Hearing

Amy Huizenga says she has nothing to hide and is not opposed to defense motion to search her phone records BUT argues the subpoena is "too broad."

The former best friend of Casey Anthony had a number of text messages sent to her during the time Caylee was missing. Casey is charged with stealing Amy's checkbook and writing over $400 worth of checks. A hearing is scheduled for May 28.

Someone should really pass along Roy Kronk's number to Amy and all others foreseen to take this path of Baez resistance to invade their privacy.

Gonzalez Attorney's Ready For Round 2

In the wake of George and Cindy Anthony's sympathy tour attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez file motion requesting a judge to force the couple to answer more questions.

Gonzalez attorneys said Cindy Anthony was 'argumentative' and then did answered many questions when not related to strained relationship between mother and daughter in late June.

Cindy avoided answering questions whether Casey Anthony stole from her accounts and if she suggested Dominic Casey to search lot where Caylee's remains were discovered, said attorneys from Morgan and Morgan.

In George's sworn deposition he also refused to answer any questions about Casey borrowing money and how she kept him from looking into the trunk of her car.

Roy Kronk's Attorney Motion For Hearing

The meter reader, Roy Kronk who found Caylee Anthony's remains is asking for a protective order so he does not have to turn over personal phone records.

WESH 2 reported Kronk's Attorney, David Evans said the recent application to subpoena phone records by Jose Baez is "overbroad, and constitutes harassment."

Evans says they will likely request Judge Stan Strickland to limit the subpoena that in would invade Kronk's privacy.

Roy Kronk says he did nothing wrong and is not opposed to record search to determine if he ever had contact with Casey Anthony, her family or the Anthony's private investigators.

Nothing Comes Easy For George and Cindy Anthony: True?

Crimsearchers gave awesome highlights again regarding the Cindy and George depositions:

George and Cindy Anthony appeared drained and exhausted yesterday exiting the law firm of Morgan & Morgan's mock courtroom.

The couple gave their depositions but not without a fight. Both were on the defensive with moral accusations, combative gestures, bizzare insults, and dodging questions with questions.
George Anthony walked around stretching and puffing out his chest with dramatic exhaling, while Cindy set up their video camera. The Anthony's appeared somewhat confused that they were there to be deposed not conduct the deposition.
At one point, Cindy questioned Gonzalez about why she signed her name C. Zenaida Gonzalez in June instead of Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez:

Cindy Anthony: Where does the Fernandez come in?

John Morgan: Let me tell you.

Cindy Anthony: Casey gave that.

John Morgan: Let me say this to you.

Cindy Anthony: So there you go, Mr. Morgan. Where did she get the Fernandez? Where did you get the Fernandez? Why don't you tell the camera and all the viewers out there where Fernandez came from?

The questioning was also interupted when Cindy said Gonzalez wasn't the babysitter that Casey described. Cindy then hunched over, eyes wide-open, glared at Gonzalez to say:

"She doesn't have perfect teeth. She's not a 10, Cindy said, gestering to look at Gonzalez. I'm sorry, ma'am, you're cute, but you're not a 10. "

Cindy Anthony had one goal in mind to manipulate the camera's to support her daughter's lies that Gonzalez suing Casey for defamation isn't the person her daughter claimed took her granddaughter.
George Anthony also agitated when clearly not in control of questioning. Waved his hands and pulled at his microphone:
"Brad, I'm getting ready to end this. I'm getting ready to walk out," he said when asked details about what Casey bought, such as clothes, food, and how much George gave her to buy these items.

There were some answers George did provide that surprised all to learn. George Anthony not only admitted he never searched for the mysterious "Zanny" or a Zenaida-Fernandez Gonzalez after Caylee Anthony was reported missing. The retired cop went on to confirm that he did not know about the tip that sent P.I. Dominic Casey looking in the wooded lot near the Anthony home in November.

After the depositions, Brad Conway speaking on George and Cindy Anthony's behalf had this to say:

"I think it just exacerbates the circus-like atmosphere that has surrounded this case from the beginning"

Casey Anthony's Parents To Be Deposed in April in Civil Case

George Anthony and Cindy Anthony will be questioned under oath in the defamation case against their daughter Casey Anthony next month, their lawyer said.

The lawyers representing Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, who is suing Casey Anthony, want to depose her parents in the case.

In February, Orange Circuit Court Judge Jose R. Rodriguez postponed the depositions until media outlets could submit documents about why they should be allowed to attend the interviews.

The Anthonys' attorney, Brad Conway, earlier argued that he doesn't want reporters and cameras allowed in the depositions.
A hearing was scheduled for Wednesday to address the issues before Rodriguez.

But Conway said this afternoon that he has worked things out with Fernandez-Gonzalez' attorney. So there is no need for a hearing Wednesday.

"We'll show up for depositions in April," Conway said.

Motion for Hearing to Come

In the defamation suit against Casey Anthony, lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez requested Judge Jose R. Rodriguez to force Lee Anthony to answer two questions he refused to answer at the deposition.

The questions not answered are who is Caylee's father and did Lee at one time believe sister Casey was involved in her daughters disappearance.

Anthony's lawyer, Thomas Luka says "the questions only serve to embarrass and annoy the Anthony family," he went on to say there is no legal reason to identifying Caylee's father.

Gonzalez is asking for more than $15,000 in damages for loss of employement and public scrutiny when Casey Anthony stated a "nanny" kidnapped her daughter. She stated her name was Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez.

Nancy Grace Monday Update:

6:30 PM ET - While defense lawyers fight to keep jailhouse video of Casey Anthony private, they also reportedly want a videotaped statement from a corrections officer at the jail kept secret. WKMG reports the correction officer mentioned in defense attorney Jose Baez' motion to keep those jail videos private, is the same officer with tot mom the day she watches TV coverage of the discovery of Caylee's remains.

Baez also alleges the officer is discussing Casey Anthony's medical history and tot mom's reaction to what was happening in the woods near Anthony's home. Reports reveal Casey Anthony doubles over, hyperventilates and asks for anti-anxiety medication the day Caylee's remains were found. If the tapes are not released to the public, will they still be admissible at trial? (From Stacey Newman, Nancy Grace Producer)

Lee Anthony Is Horrible.

I was listening to clips on Nancy Grace tonight of Lee Anthony's desposition he had to give for the Zenaida Fernandez-Gozalez defamation lawsuit against Casey...

He's being asked serious questions surrounding the circumstances of Caylee's dissapearance and laughs his way through it- he makes me BLOODY SICK!!

He's going back claiming the whole Blanchard Park kidnap story.. He was claiming that Casey took him aside when she was out on bail and told him that she lied when she told the cops she left Caylee at Sawgrass Apartments to have ZFG babysit her- oh no, she goes and tells Lee that ZFG threatened her in a park and casually walked off with Caylee claiming she was taking her away from Casey to "teach her a lesson".

Yes, she stands there, and lets a "babysitter" (who obviously never exsisted) walk off with your first-born. That's normal, yep.

And as for the reason why she just stood there and let it happen? Lee tells the attorney for ZFG that she was in "shock" and it was so "surreal" it was like it wasn't happening. HAHA!!

This is all in between his cackling. Yeah, have a good time, asshole.

So, for the attorneys representing this ZFG, their job is to establish Casey as pointing to this VERY WOMAN-----------> as the "kidnapper" of Caylee, but since there is no establishment what-so-ever to that, she's screwed. Both for the murder and this defamation suit, which obviously takes second seat.

Burn in Hell, Casey.
Sorry. =] Had to vent.
