"Eddie Murphy scored his dream role!
The degenerate daddy has been tapped to play his 'idol', the late funny great Richard Pryor in a new film.
It should actually be pretty good. Oscar-winning writer Bill Condon is reportedly attached to the project as well.
Eddie is apparently so jazzed about playing Pryor that he waived his his usual fees for the project, which has a relatively low budget of $25 million.
Don't eff it up, Eddie!"
