Ronald and Misty Cummings on NBC's 'Today' show both said they are not suspects and passed a polygraph.According to Putnam County investigators, Misty, 17, has not been cleared as a suspect in Haleigh Cummings disappearance.
Maj. Gary Bowling said "We've confronted her with her inconsistencies and America got a sample of our interviews with her," he went on to say, "Our interviews with her have been pretty much like what you saw on the "Today Show."
The senior sheriff's official says Croslin walked out of the room while being questioned by investigators on Wednesday.
"Misty is the key to the investigation and we are trying to work through inconsistencies in her account of the critical time period," Bowling said.
The authorities have not released results of the poloygraph tests.
--What I found strange was her answering of Katie's questioning on why she had given inconsistent statements in the past.. She should've known the question would be asked and she gave a horrible reply that leaves much up to the imagination. I will look for a clip of this.
