EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - Evansville man is arrested and charged with child molestation.Police say the girl, 7, came to Holly's House after it was discovered that she had a STD.
The little girl told police that the suspect, Timothy D. Montgomery, 52, had molested her.
Police say they went to interview Montgomery.
At first he denied it, but police say he later admitted to molesting the girl.
Police say his wife's daycare was shut down in the 1990s, after molestation allegations were made against Montgomery.
Police say Montgomery is also under investigation for another molestation.
He was taken to jail and charged with two felony counts of child molesting.
