Amy Huizenga says she has nothing to hide and is not opposed to defense motion to search her phone records BUT argues the subpoena is "too broad."The former best friend of Casey Anthony had a number of text messages sent to her during the time Caylee was missing. Casey is charged with stealing Amy's checkbook and writing over $400 worth of checks. A hearing is scheduled for May 28.
Someone should really pass along Roy Kronk's number to Amy and all others foreseen to take this path of Baez resistance to invade their privacy.
