Fess Up, Bitches!

Motion Filed for Casey Anthony Defense Team to Disclose Payment Arrangements

Prosecutors filed motion in a Orange County Circuit court this afternoon. The State questions Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, to produce all deposit records, retainer agreements and licensing arrangements.
Prosecutors argue that the only way Anthony could afford her legal fee's is to sell photos, video's and story of the details surrounding the death of Caylee.

Baez replied that he has "done nothing but conduct myself in a most professional manner" and when asked about the State's questions said this is a "witch hunt," and the they have "no evidence".

The prosecution wants Anthony to sign a waiver saying she's aware of the documents to avoid potential conflict of interest if a movie or book deal was signed with the defense.

Defense spokeswoman, Marti Mackenzie said Baez is "...acting ethically and in his client's best interest."
