Cincinnati police are questioning someone after three people were found dead in an apartment in Over-The-Rhine.
A 19-year-old woman, her 9-month-old boy and a a 3-year-old girl were all found shot to death in an apartment on East 13th Street. Family members discovered the gruesome scene.

Police they believe the mother was babysitting the 3-year-old at the time.
"Any death of a person is tragic," said Sgt. Joseph Briede, of the Cincinnati Homicide Unit. "Obviously, when you are talking about a 9-month-old, 3-year-old and 19-year-old mother, it will affect us."
The discovery was made at about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The victims' names have not been released.
Cincinnati police are still interviewing witnesses, and News 5's Brian Hamrick said that as of 10:30 a.m., someone was being questioned in connection with the shooting.
