Crime scene technicians and Volunteers found a pink Hello Kitty T-shirt in a dump outside of town. Missing Sandra Cuntu's mother said its not her child's shirt, however police said they will test the garment.
Tracy police spokesman Lt. Jeremy Watney said those who exchange child pornography over the Internet 'merit extra scrutiny.'
78 registered sex offenders live in the city of Tracy, California. Police say an est. of 60 have been identified to view or exchange images of sexually explicit activities involving a child.
