BRIDGEPORT - A former Bridgeport high school student is dead after she crashed her car in Norwalk yesterday.Officials say it happened around noon when Liset Santos, 19, was trying to merge onto the southbound side of the highway between exits 14 and 15.
Police say Santos lost control of her car and collided with an SUV, then a tractor-trailer.
Santos graduated from Kolbe Cathedral High School in 2008 and teachers say she was known for her heart of gold. She was a junior at Monroe College in New Rochelle.
