I was driving off Stanwich Road onto Cat Rock Road in Cos Cob, and just after the turn I noticed a strange looking little building I've never seen before. I pulled over (there was room to do so on side of the road) and investigated it a little further..

Anyone know what this was?
Couldn't get that great of shots inside, but there was machinery of some sort.
